We invest in trenchless technologies for all of our services, allowing us to leave behind a very small carbon footprint and restore your pipes with better, more efficient methods that are faster to install and convenient for both our technicians and our customers in the Hamilton community.
At CME Sewer Repair, all of our technicians are capable of conducting trenchless sewer repairs and are certified to carry out these services as needed. Prior to our trenchless sewer repairs, however, we begin our visit to your property with a detailed sewer camera inspection. We insert a small camera attached to a flexible line through a cleanout or drain, allowing us to observe the inside of your pipes and locate any problem areas that need to be addressed. This inspection is a necessary component of our work, ensuring that our diagnosis of the situation is accurate and that our solution and repair method will be effective and conclusive. After the inspection, we take the time to determine the best course of action and discuss this with our customers, and we make sure to gain your approval and trust before we move forward with any repairs.
Once the cause is determined, our technicians will recommend the best solution. We will perform our trenchless sewer repairs with one of two methods, including cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) pipe lining, or pipe bursting, both of which are dependent on the severity of the damage discovered in your pipes. CIPP involves a special resin that is applied to the inner walls of the pipe by inflating a flexible liner that forces it to expand and coat the walls with the resin. After the lining is applied and cured for a few hours, the resin hardens to become the new pipe, installed within the old pipe without any extensive digging. Similarly, our pipe bursting method utilizes a bursting head to break apart the old pipe and simultaneously install the new pipe in its place by dragging it along behind it through a small access point.
Trenchless sewer repairs are the preferable method for repairing hundreds of feet of broken or collapsed sewer pipes because of its versatile qualities. Our CIPP solutions are capable of repairing any type of pipeline material, including clay, metal, concrete, Orangeburg, cast iron, HDPE, ABS, PVC, and more. The special epoxy resin that becomes the new pipe lasts for decades, guaranteeing that the material will not leak, crack, or corrode, while significantly improving the flow and efficiency of your pipes.
At CME Sewer Repair, we will find the best solution you need for a longer-lasting pipe that won’t cause problems later on. For more information, give us a call to learn more about trenchless sewer repair technology and receive an honest assessment of your sewer lines.
